Kinetic Vibez Expressive Music Production is a music-based class where students learn how to express themselves through music production. They will explore the cultural impact of hip-hop music on the global community - creatively, economically, and socially - through creative project-based learning activities. By using Ableton Live software, they will get an understanding of sound waves, frequency, tempo, and timbre. In addition, students will be able to use the tools learned in this course to create a sense of mindfulness, learn healthy coping mechanisms, develop boundaries, develop a sense of self, and impact the world around them.
